September 19, 2003

The "Blackest Of The Black" tour, which was set to feature appearances by DANZIG, SUPERJOINT RITUAL, DEVILDRIVER and MORBID ANGEL, has been postponed, according to a message on the tour's web site. "Due to the sudden and unexpected departure of DANZIG/Blackest Of The Black booking agent Jamie Adler from The Agency Group, The U.S. tour for Blackest Of The Black fell into a shambles and unfortunately could not be put back together in time to be salvaged," reads the message. "It will be not be stopped. It will be rescheduled."

In other news, the U.K. installment of the "Blackest Of The Black" tour will take place at the Forum in London on November 22 and will include performances by DANZIG, MARDUK, MY RUIN and two other as-yet-unconfirmed groups. More information will be made available soon.
